Personal Assistant

On behalf of our client, an important company from the food industry, we are looking for a person to match the following criteria, in order to occupy the Personal Assistant position:

Responsabilities :

-Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the Managing Director and staff;
- Act as interface between MD and management team/employees/business partners;
- Prepares programs of meetings concerning organisational aspects; reports& presentation materials;
- Manages and organises administration work in the office;
- Administrative tasks:
- Phone call; answering, taking and forwarding messages;
- Organisation of copying, printing and plotting outside the company;
- Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and directs or conducts visitors to the appropriate person;
- Records minutes of staff meetings;
- Translation of official letters, legal documents and relevant business documentation (from English to Romanian language and vice versa);

Requests:

- University Degree;
- Relevant experience on a similar position;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Very good PC skills;
- Problem solving approach;
- Well organized, open minded, positive attitude, flexible, able to work under pressure, reliable;
