Business Financial Analyst

Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting/Commerce or Economics
- Typically 6 years relevant experience (factory environment preferred)
- Experience in coordinating accounting and purchasing process
- Relevant experience in Financial Expertise
- Proficiency in English
- Team work oriented person
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Relevant SAP experience

Responsibilities:
- Monitors and plans the requirements for the planning period
- Assists in creation of Capital Expenditure Requests until final approval receipt
- Coordinates asset tagging with user cost center
- Ensure compliance and effectiveness of controls in area of inventory management (cycle counting, stock-taking, inventory related provisions)
- Coordinates with cross-functions for planning inventory levels
- Monitors the key matrix and initiates appropriate actions to achieve objectives
- Support all development initiative/projects in the area of inventories
- Manages and continuously improves the reporting process including training the cost center managers
- Supports and challenges the organization in financial and business performance
- Analyzes day to day business result compared to targets
- Support development activities with special attention to impact on accounting and reporting
- Make decisions that affect own work
- May act as Team Leader or Project Leader with some direct supervisory responsibilities
