Chief Financial Officer

For an internationally owned group of companies, involved in the real estate, timber, and electronics bussinesses, we are searching for a brilliant, ambitious and succes oriented Chief Financial Officer.

The requests are as follows:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a succesfull Financial Director/ CFO, preferably within a multinational;
- Bachelor's MBA/ ACCA degrees are required or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Expert Accountant Certification and is a strong asset;
- Big 4 experience is a strong asset;
- Strong technical IFRS;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong leadership skills, capability to act with diplomacy at all levels of the company.

This person will work together with a team of professionals in the Executive Management Team, participating in developing and implementing financial strategies and systems in order to meet profit and growth objectives.
The main responsaibilities will be:
- Managing the Finance Department to meet the Group strategies and goals;
- Coordinating preparation and monitoring of the group units budget;
- Reporting on monthly basis individual and consolidated financial statements under IFRS, by activitty and cost center;
- Reporting to the General Manager and Shareholders with a dotted line to the parent company's CFO.
