BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER

The Ideal Candidate will have:

- University degree in Business Administration or Business Administration and IT
- 3 years experience in project management and business process design (participation and management of process orientated projects or IT projects).
- Proficiency in English
- Good German language skills (Training-on-the-Job on the SAP-IRIS-Project in Austria)
- SAP-knowledge not mandatory but certainly a plus

At present we are looking for several:

BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGERS

They will have the great opportunity to :

- Take part in a special Training-on-the-Job-Programme abroad for 6 months, implementing SAP-IRIS with focus on business side and business processes
- Manage afterwards the roll-out of SAP-IRIS for the company here in Romania
- Develop and harmonize business processes throughout all divisions and departments.
- Optimize the existing processes and initiating new ones.
- Assure conditions for functioning of the main business processes, application systems/project planning, estimating, tracking and management.
- Work closely with the business functional areas, and external vendors in defining systems/project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverables and funding. Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems solutions deployed in support of business goals.
- Analysis of running business process and risk control. Identify, monitor, resolve and control the risks and issues to ensure that the project continues to produce the required products OR the project is appropriately redefined and agreed by the Project Sponsor.
- Perform training for the users of any new applications and providing continuous support.
- Participation at IT Meetings.
- Analysis and improvement of systems.
- Support for SAP implementation and additional systems
