Bartender for a 5* Restaurant in Snagov

On behalf of our client, a luxurious 5 stars Country Club, situated 20 km away from Bucharest, in the SNAGOV area, we are looking for motivated Bartender, for the Club’s Restaurant.

This position requires:

1. minimum of 3-5 years experience as Bartender
2. Bartender course graduated with degree
3. Good spoken English
4. Good Communication skills
5. Good organizing skills
6. Ability to meet standards of appearance
7. Client-focused personality
8. An honest person and a good team player

- Respecting the working schedule
- The outfit has to be all the time clean, the uniform must be worn during working time-table
- The bar’s status must be checked constantly it must be cleaned frequently, as well as the sink, the cupboards, espresso-machine and all other bar utilities)
- Daily check of the store (if there are any products that need to be ordered or changed)
- Establishing and communicating tasks to all Bartender Assistants.
- Helping the clients to choose their drinks
- Immediately notifying the Restaurant Manager about any malfunctions in any of the electrical device used at the bar
- Being creative and coming up with new ideas of drinks
- Other tasks specific to this position and mentioned in the job description.
