CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Requirements:

•Technical background – diploma in civil, mechanical or automation engineering is a must
•Min. 5 years work experience in District Heating, HVAC or related field – sales preferred is a must
•Substantial experience in engineering with proven solution skills
•Team player, but able to work alone
•Self-motivated, ambitious and hard-working
•Willingness to travel extensively in-land and abroad (50% travel time)
•Entrepreneurial and problem-solving attitude
•Shown dedication to tasks and likes to work in technical sales.
•Fluent spoken and written Romanian and English
•Clean driving license
•Able to work efficiently under pressure, relationship builder
•Computer literacy


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

On behalf of our client, the Romanian subsidiary of Danfoss – one of the largest industrial companies in Denmark we are looking for professional and serious persons for the position of Area Sales Manager for Iasi.


The global group is a leader within research, development and production, sales and service of mechanical and electronic components for several industries. Danfoss’ activities are divided into three main business areas: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Heating & Water and Motion Controls, each leading within its industry.


Assigned area East: Bacau, Iasi, Suceava

Responsibilities:

The main task is to ensure sales growth of Danfoss heating products & solutions in the assigned area. The product range includes thermostatic radiator valves, single room controls, HVAC and boiler controls, district heating components and district heating substations.


•Overall responsible for the area sales development and 1st contact person for customers on commercial/technical issues;
•Communicates with the Sales & Marketing Manager, Key Account Managers and the Regional Product Managers, and ensures that product knowledge and updates are forwarded to the local dealers;
•Responsible for initiating and signing of commercial contracts;
•Represents the company in local tenders and projects;
•Visit customers, establishing long-terms collaborations;
•Perform sales prospecting, relationship building and related sales activities;
•Write periodical activity reports for management;
•Monitor competition in the marketplace;
•Negotiate contracts and achieve the sales targets;
•Participate in different seminars and exhibitions;
