| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers via meetings, calls and emails;
Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
Preparing proposals and responding to queries;
Negotiating the terms of contract and closing sales;
Gathering and monitoring market developments;
Acting as a contact between the client and internal team, ensuring an accurate information flow between the client and the implementation team;
Working closely with colleagues to maximise on cross-selling opportunities;
Complete weekly reporting for management team;
Representing the company at events, networkers, trade shows etc;
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our new team member will ideally have worked in the Temporary Staffing sector before, or have sold services within the HR sector;
Be able to demonstrate superior communication skills – written, presentation and listening;
Solid commercial background, able to negotiate and position qualitative services;
Very good knowledge of the local and regional market, regardless the business sector
A team player, who can build a good rapport internally and maintain a strong external network;
Energetic and self-motivated, able to deliver to deadlines and commercial objectives.

On behalf of our new business partner and one of the fastest growing suppliers of staffing services globally, Gi Group, we are searching for an energetic, outspoken, commercially-minded Sales Executive to support the development of the TEMPORARY STAFF division in our Oradea branch.
This role suits a self-motivated individual who can understand the benefits of using temporary staffing, not only as a short term solution for any business sector, but in the broader context of a constantly challenging market.
