TRADING MANAGER

A new and exciting opportunity is arriving in Bucharest!

A new financial trading office is about to open in our capital. We are looking for a Trading Manager with relevant trading experienced to complete the duties mentioned below.

The trading group currently has offices 4 other countries, with 13 operational offices and are looking to expand across Eastern Europe – are you the person that can help make this happen?

The office will be predominantly trading Short Term Interest rate financial futures with the possibility of expanding into other electronic derivatives markets. Only mature markets based in London, Frankfurt, Chicago and New York will be looked at initially. The office will eventually house up to 60 traders. Operations will commence in July this year. The position of trading manager should be filled by May.

• The Trading Manager should have 10 year of experience, preferably who is currently trading and looking for a managerial role. This position will report to the Global Head of Trading.

• Creating & Maintaining a profit centre.
• Training & mentoring new traders.
• Developing new trading strategies.
• Provide industry reviews.
• Manage the risk management.
• Maintain a professional atmosphere, ensuring professional work ethics.
• Liaise with other head office and overseas trading managers.
• Help support the expansion of the company.
• Support company-related international projects.
