Senior Trader - Derivatives

The Trading Group currently has 13 offices in London, New York, Israel, India, China and Hungary and has plans to expand the number of offices in Eastern Europe.
The Bucharest office, that is about to be opened, will be predominately trading Short term interest rate financial futures with the possibility of expanding into other electronic derivatives markets. Only mature markets based in London, Frankfurt, Chicago and New York will be looked at initially.

Reports to: Global Head of Trading

Responsibilities:

•Creating and maintaining a profit centre
•Training and mentoring new traders
•Developing trading strategies
•Providing industry overviews
•Conducting regular meetings
•Setting targets, analyzing deviations
•Providing continuous feedbacks
•Risk management
•Maintaining a professional atmosphere
•Maintaining discipline and work ethics
•Liaising with head office and other overseas managers
•Helping in company related projects
•Overseeing IT, HR and other operational activities at the branch level.

Requirements:

•Minimum seven years of trading experience
•Very good English knowledge
