CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Provides in- house legal assistance.
Legal support for the activities of the company, by participating to negotiations, drafting legal opinions, recommendations on contracts and other deeds, drafting and reviewing contracts;
Legal drafting and legal advice on commercial matters, intellectual property, competition.
Participates in negotiations and closing transactions, drafts and chekcs commercial agreements.
Represents the company in front of local authorities/ regulatory bodies.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Law university graduate.
At least three years previous experince in commercial law.
In depth knowledge of relevant legal frame work in competition / intellectual property.
Previus experince in telecom industry would be a plus.
Problem solving attitude.
Proactive and communcative person.
Good negotiation skills.
