Senior Lawyer – Litigation

On behalf of our client, a full-service law company, we are searching for a Senior Lawyer. We're searching for an ambitious lawyer who is looking for the next career step. The Senior Lawyer will provide legal advice relating to the next area of the company’s activity: Litigation.

- Minimum 2 years of experience within the High Court of Cassation and Justice;
- Minimum 6 Years of relevant experience;
- Member of the Romanian Lawyers Bar (mandatory);
- Experience in coordinating a team;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Degree from a reputable law school; Post Graduate qualification a plus;
- Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, good legal writing skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (including presentation);
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Teamwork.

- To be involved in all the phases of the process law (strategy, preparing the case, editing the documentation of the file, as well as representing in front of the court of law).
- Has the opportunity to combine a certain level of specialization in one or two of our main service lines (Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate & Commercial, Finance Law, Capital Markets, Financial Services Industry, Competition & EU law, Employment, Real Estate, Litigation), with exposure to a broader range of legal issues.
