Senior Lawyer – Corporate and Commercial Mergers & Acquisitions

On behalf of our client, a full-service law company, we are searching for a Senior Lawyer. We're searching for an ambitious lawyer who is looking for the next career step. The Senior Lawyer will provide legal advice relating to the next area of the company’s activities: Corporate and Commercial Mergers & Acquisitions.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
- Member of the Romanian Lawyers Bar (mandatory);
- Degree from a reputable law school; Post Graduate qualification a plus;
- Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, good legal writing skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (including presentation);
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Teamwork.

- To be able to provide legal assistance on commercial and societary law as well as a good knowledge of these aspects ;
- Drawing-up and negotiation of commercial contracts ;
- Participating in M&A projects, including due diligence.
