CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Provide legal advice to different departments with special focus on commercial /competition aspects.
Legal support for the activities of the company, by participating to negotiations, drafting legal opinions, recommendations on contracts and other deeds, drafting and reviewing contracts.
Legal drafting and legal advice on commercial matters, intellectual property, competition.
Participates in negotiations and closing transactions, drafts and chekcs commercial agreements.
Represents the company in front of local authorities/ regulatory bodies.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Law university graduate.
Between three to five years experince in commercial law within a multinational environment.
In depth knowledge of relevant legal frame work in competition / intellectual property, commercial law.
Problem solving attitude.
Proactive and communicative person.
Good negotiation skills.
