CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

On behalf of our client,leader for design and build of logistic parks and of large area activity buildings, due to its dynamic development and expansion in Romania, we are now looking for a highly committed and responsible proffesional candidate to fulfill the position of Finance Assistant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics would be a plus
• At least 2 years, previous professional experience within an industrial or commercial field
• Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
• Very good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
• Proactive attitude, high-problem-solving abilities.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Accepting and processing accounts receivables
• Issuing and processing accounts payables
• Control accuracy of the invoices, register and chronologically archive suppliers’ / subcontractors’ invoices
• Validation of the invoices referring to general / office expenses within given budget
• Provide information and advise suppliers / subcontractors on the corporate regulations and other regulations regarding invoicing and work progress calculations
• Prepare copy of ingoing and outgoing invoices for outsourced accounting office / consultant.
• Exchange necessary information and keep in contact with accounting office.
• Prepare payment proposals, payment orders and control transactions
• Effectuate payment in coordination with the head office
• Follow up with the recent trends in building & construction business in local markets
• Upon request participate in special projects concerning finance, organize meetings and facilitate communication among the head office, local bank(s), accounting office, tax authorities etc.
• Coordinate payment of salaries for local employees for each month
• Manage and register office petty cash and office expenses
• Manage and control Expense Notes for local employees
• Prepare internal reimbursement reports
• Manage and optimize operational expenses regarding phones, travels, utilities, etc.
• Collect various invoices regarding necessary operational expenses
• Create necessary reports using Pluton financial data base
