SENIOR LEGAL ADVISER

• at least 4 years experience in banks
• experience with corporate loans
• fluent in English
• computer literate

Job Objectives:
• To provide legal advice to different department with special focus on Corporate issues
• To oversee all necessary legal and administrative processes which need to be performed for loans approval and collateral setting up
• To be actively involved in the process of elaborating and development of corporate products and related procedures
• To assist Credit Risk Department in taking decisions regarding corporate loans sanctioning related to legal aspects
• To liaise with external lawyers, counsellors, evaluators, enforcers as well as with the corporate customer’s ones for the smooth process of giving loans and set up collateral as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Court
• To take active part in set up and registration of collateral
• To assist the Management with corporate governance issues (registrations with the Trade Registry, modifications of statutes, etc.)
• To give legal advice on non-business contracts
• To work with other legal and business staff to ensure the timely and accurate production of court documentation or other documentation necessary for authorities
• To attend meetings with customers, lawyers, etc. or meeting organised with authorities and professional associations
• Such other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time, by or on behalf of the Department Head or the Management of the Bank
