| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Technical studies - engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Banking experience is a plus
• Good negotiation skills, good communication
• Assertive and problem solving attitude
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Identification and analysis of potential locations for new opening Branches;
• Draw up and present the options to the management, local and head quarter;
• Keeps tight contact with the Group Specialists (i.e., architects, engineers, PR and so on);
• Draw up the estimated expenditures for Branches development, general and specific;
• Engages discussions and finally get offers with/from various contractors;
• Apply and obtain all the necessary documents (permits, authorization, licensing and all the other documents which are mandatory)
• Ensures the necessary signaling for the Branches network;
• Follow closely the budget(s) and relation with the Branches network development;
• Reports regularly the progress of the on going works;
