Business Lending Officer

• At least 4 years of relevant banking experience
• Solid financial analysis skills
• Good command of both spoken &written English
• Good knowledge of the market
• Fast thinking person / spontaneous
• Team spirit

• Achieve the sales objectives according to targets allocated per branch and/or individual;
• Initiate and participate in business meeting with SME clients and insure the pre-qualification measures in selecting the eligible clients or acceptable transaction in line with the strategy of the bank and accepted risk profiles;
• Maintain the business relationship with existing and potential clients by updating their files, organizing regular contacts/visits and implementing effective follow-up plan;
• Initiates and maintains the relationship with the prospect SME clients and/or mediates the relationship of the client with the aimed/wanted department, if the case;
• Prepares call reports after any meeting with SME customers and if the case perform the financial pre-analysis of the client and elaborate the indicative offers;
• Initiates and handle the credit applications for SME clients;
• Explore and creates opportunities across business lines (cross-selling);
• Identify, generate and support business for other entities belonging to BoC Group (leasing, pensions funds, asset management, etc.) and refer respective the business opportunities to relevant units, as the case may be;
