REGIONAL MANAGER -FOR WEST ROMANIA, SOUTH ROMANIA, EAST ROMANIA AND BUCHAREST

• Relevant university degree / An MBA degree would be a plus;
• Significant banking experience / previous branch experience required;
• Strong managerial skills and leadership;
• High interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate/motivate experienced employees;
• High mobility and willingness to travel;
• English fluency.

• Ensures an effective and uniform coordination of all branches in the assigned region;
• Responsible for the achievement of the bank’s annual sales and profitability targets in the assigned region;
• Works directly with the Branch Managers in the assigned region to develop new corporate /retail business opportunities;
• Manages effectively key client relationships in order to strengthen customer ties to the bank;
• Organizes periodical meetings with the Branch Managers and reviews the achievement of the business plan objectives;
• Visits the assigned branches on a regular basis and provides adequate support/guidance to the local management;
• Communicates and ensures implementation of internal policies and procedures at the regional level;
• Participates in the process of recruiting and evaluating key branch personnel.
• Reports to the Head of Branch Network / HQ.
