| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Experience required:
• At least 3 years on similar jobs (warehousing, logistics services)
• Working experience with a WMS application and/or operating with developed databases
• Good EXCEL knowledge
• Experience in coordinating a team of subordinates will be a plus
Education:
• Technical college, university level will be a plus
• At least medium level of English language knowledge
Skills / competencies:
• Ability to understand logistics & warehousing processes and related IT flows
• High degree of problem solving and analytical capability
• Integrity, reliable and organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job summary:
The holder of this position will have as a main objective the efficient and rigorous stock management (physical movements and information systems records) and the coordination of a WMS operators team of subordinates with the purpose to ensure the best logistics services to company’s clients.
Responsibilities summary:
• Responsible for the accurate stock data records into WMS (warehouse management system) and for the data consistency with the physical goods
• Supervises and controls the WMS daily processes, according to existing rules and procedures
• Administrates all documents related to receptions, storage, stock transfers and outbound deliveries
• Organizes and supervises the documents flows and the invoicing services
• Coordinates the inventory reconciliation processes internally and with the clients
• Implements the clients requirements from stock management point of view
• Coordinates a team of WMS operators and stock controllers (hires, trains on the job, motivates, controls and evaluates performance)
• Responsible for warehouse reporting and KPI fulfillment
