Real Estate Tenant Coordinator

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related technical discipline;
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Construction know-how, technical skills, communication and report writing skills;
- Very good command of English;
- Proficiency with MS Office products;
- Organizational and planning abilities;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Assist in the development, construction and technical coordination of real estate developments;
- Support the consultant by providing the required information on the project and costs estimates for changes and improvements;
- Plan, organize and control all activities associated with the application development of assigned technical projects of varying sizes;
- Identifies and scrutinizes any emerging problems connected to the project he was assigned and chooses suitable approaches according to the methodological standards to date;
- Collects and evaluates data from within or outside the department in order to generate specific surveys and reports;
- Liaises and cooperates with all specialized consultants and final beneficiaries during different stages of the project and facilitates the efficient implementation of projected processes;
- Maintains contacts with the construction company, clients, external consultants;
- Surveys the methodology of development, the instruments of administration for multiple, complex and multifunctional projects.
