CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Engineer or Economical University Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience as Contract Manager
- Knowdeldge of FIDIC frame

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negociate contracts with General Contractors on FIDIC frame
• Monitor progress of contractors against construction programme to achieve target dates
• Record, distribute and file all project documentation.
• Study project documentation with all details.

Tenders
• Monitor the market, current information about development companies, check references, company auditing.
• Study all documentation from designer and prepare tender documentation.
• Regular contacts with the companies working on proposal.
• Analyse all proposals, obtain correct information, and discuss eventual changes.

Contract agenda
• Prepare and act contract documentation based on tender.
• Contract administration – control abidance by rules.

Works inspection
• Prepare plan and coordinate works according to time schedule, update the plan, discuss details with contractors.
• Prepare Monthly reports, photo documentation, archive all project documentations.
