Part-time Receptionist

Your main assets for a successful start in this job are very good MS Office skills. Furthermore you should be willing to contribute to an international team, be independently motivated and have a very good command of English and desirably of German.

You will support our Managing Assistant concerning the following tasks preferably in part-time-work (at least 20 hours/week):

• Management of incoming calls
• Organisation of business trips, sales events, recruiting events, etc.
• General support, like errands, filing, etc.
