• Good knowledge of the IT field;
• Knowledge of operating systems, core LAN protocols and networks management;
• Database management knowledge;
• Knowledge of English (requirement) and French (advantage)

Responsibilities:
• IT consulting: Offering technical assistance at distance to our external customers in the banking sector;;
• Incident management: Monitoring and taking care of solving incidents;
• Mastering external and internal communication: Having a good collaboration with the customer's team, as well as with the technical staff of the company spread all over the world (France, India, Belgium, The Netherlands);
• Change management: Implementation of customized requests of the customer based on OS knowledge.
• Reporting: Elaboration of incident reports;
Technologies and qualifications:
• AS400 or/and Tandem skills will be a plus
• Windows Server System, Unix;
• Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus;
• LAN, WAN, TCP/IP knowledge, WEB technologies, secured communications;
