| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Candidate's profile
Good knowledge of the IT field;
Knowledge of operating systems, core LAN protocols and networks management;
Database management knowledge;
Proficiency in English, knowledge of French will be a plus;
Customer oriented attitude, team spirit, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, responsibility; |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
Offering technical assistance 24/7, at distance, for one of our external customers in the banking system;
Monitoring and taking care of solving new incidents appeared;
Having a good collaboration with the customer's team, as well as with the technical staff of the company;
Operating final rapports for each issue;
Technologies and qualifications:
Windows Server System , Unix;
Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus;
LAN, WAN, TCP/IP knowledge, WEB technologies, secured communications;
