* University degree in Statistics, Cybernetics or Economic forecasting.
* Previous experience in a similar position, at least 2 years.
* Good analytical and computer skills - MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point).
* Very good communication skills.
* Ambitious, energetic and capable to deal with tight deadlines.
* High initiative, hard working and well organized.
* Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

* Analyzes the campaign, categories and brands performances by key indicators.
* Assists in campaign planning by issuing specific reports.
* Estimates the selling level of non CFT products.
* Drafts action plans based on pre and post campaign reports.
* Strongly cooperates with CEE Marketing Group.
