Avocat definitiv minim 2-3 ani experienta in consultanta.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and spoken English (another language is an asset), with at least 2 year's experience as a fully qualified lawyer. He/ she should also possess negotiation skills, be willing to work under pressure, have a strong commitment to the firm, loyalty and a willingness to learn. Common sense and practicality are also important, as is willingness to undertake business trips in Romania and abroad. Experience in an international law firm will be an advantage but is not compulsory.

Providing practical legal advice and drafting opinions or contractual documentation or litigation documentation. Experience in energy matter is very important. Assisting more experienced colleagues in structuring financial and/or commercial transactions in the field of company & corporate law, M&A, taxation, real estate & construction, employment, securities, financial services and banking.
