| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Seeking positive person who can multi-task in a fast paced environment, manage other staff, and has initiative. Candidate should be native Romanian, fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Russian language skills are helpful but not obligatory. Candidate should have knowledge of computers and word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software (MS Office) and able to operate standard office equipment. Candidate should have a university degree in law, finance, or accountancy with 3-10 years work experience (banking, trading, or oil/gas industry work experience is helpful but not obligatory) | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Duties: General office management tasks, including:
-Representing the company to suppliers, customers, and other third parties and working with appropriate local authorities.
-Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information (especially local market data and conditions); identifying trends.
-Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Analyzing contracts and other important documents
-Answering phones, typing correspondence and translating important documents
-Maintaining file system, generally of a confidential nature.
-Arranging travel, meetings, and logistics of staff
-Preparing accounts for bookkeepers
-Retaining and managing third party contractors and consultants
