Senior Unix Security Software Engineer

• a technical or scientific degree/diploma
• minimum one year experience in software development (IT security experience is a plus);
• solid knowledge of C, OOP, gcc, gdb;
• knowledge of the most representative processor architectures (i386, sparc etc.) ;
• Unix platforms knowledge (file system, administration utilities, makefiles, ...);
• good knowledge of programming algorithms;
• writing and speaking communications abilities;
• analytical thinking to design and implement software architectures;
• good knowledge of English language writing and speaking (the German language is a plus);
• self-motivated, intelligent, flexible, persevered and professional;
• team player is a requirement.

Experience in the following areas will be considered a plus:

• Unix daemons;
• Unix Networking API;
• Kernel modules;
• QT;
• IPC;
• Multiplatform software development;
• COFF file format linkers and loaders;
• Reverse engineering.
