CANDIDATUL IDEAL: Keys to hiring:
The best project analysts are good in creating requirements and specifications of projects together with all involved parties such as project’s beneficiaries and web development. You will analyze the information and data collected, regarding the requested features. You will keep close contact with our web development team located in Bucharest, Romania as well as our sales teams around the world and the online shop provider located in Germany. You are willing to travel 1-2 weeks per month to Avira’s headquarter in Germany. You organize project meetings as well as support the project manager in creating project plans and ensure project milestones are met. You will be in charge of testing the project deliverable before it is handed over and organize internal seminars and workshops.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Position summary:
You will be responsible for the introduction and improvement of web-relevant and cross-company projects. You will be the interface between Web development, Marketing, Support, Product development and Sales. The collection and presenting of information and data from these departments will be part of your key tasks. You have the ability to make every project a success, while being confronted with challenges and difficulties that you will find solutions for.
Performance objectives:
1. Start from the first day to increase the conversion rate of new consumer business by 5% in 3 months by optimizing the existing buying processes. Familiarize yourself with the existing online systems, processes, conversion rates and templates. Identify areas of improvement and establish intensive tracking to monitor the effectiveness of changes.
2. Prepare the switch from currently two online shops to only one within 12 months. Analyze existing processes together with our sales team and create the requirements documentation for the web development team. Analyze all change requests with affected teams regarding interfaces such as website, customers account and partnernet. Configure the online shop in a way that all products can be ordered from only one shop. Prepare the switch carefully and ensure that changes are carried out smoothly without customer complaints.
3. Lead the communication with our local offices, the online shop provider and IPSPs (Internet Payment Service Providers). Identify which payment methods are used most commonly together with our local sales team and make partnerships with IPSPs to ensure local needs are fulfilled.
4. Take the lead on the online shop configuration and integration with other systems. Constantly ask for customer feedback from the CCC (Customer Care Center) and try to optimize the user experience and ensure the contact rate stays at a minimum.
