HR Generalist

University Degree in Management, General Business,Economics
Strong interviewing skills and good knowledge of recruitment techniques;
Experience in the recruitment field (at least 1 year);
Dynamic, enthusiastic, motivated person with good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Good command of English;
Results oriented person that is able to identify priorities and to meet dead-lines;
PC skills (MS Word & Excel&Power Point);

Responsabilities:

Prepare job descriptions, find candidates, and conduct preliminary evaluations of candidates.
Recruitment and selection of personnel according to the company needs;
Administration of the candidates' database and CV files;
Administration of the recruitment tests;
Providing counseling and support for managers in HR related issues;
Introduces new employees to the company by giving a brief orientation explaining rules of conduct, employee benefits, company policy and mandatory safety equipment.
Manage the relationships with all supplying and services contract providers (recruitment agencies, medical services, work protection ).
