* Plan and execute testing of server and desktop based security software on Windows and Unices platforms to ensure timely, high quality releases
* Cooperate with other functional departments and provide technical consultation to the extended team;
* Develop and implement automated tests;
* Providing technical support to AVIRA customers for Windows and Unix platforms;
* Keeping high-level customer satisfaction. |
