| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* Economic/Technical Superior Studies Graduated;
* Must be assertive, energetic, proactive, motivated, creative, honest, team player, diplomatic,sensitive to cultural differences;
* Have a solid mix of Sales, Marketing and Technical background. IT infrastructure domain experience is a plus;
* Able to perform sales & marketing presentations, and trainings to executives and individual contributors either in a group setting, one on one, or over the phone;
* Fluent written and spoken English required (German language is a plus);
* Highly customer/partner focused, high-level negotiation skills, target driven, goal orientation;
* Experience working in a high growth environment;
* Desire to help build a world-class IT technology organization; | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for sales and key account development in the assigned sales area.
* Set up and maintain the assigned areas different partnerships (with entities such as agents, resellers and distributors);
* Develop and manage the complete sales cycle in the assigned territory;
* Generate design wins and revenues for the assigned territory;
* Work closely with distributors, internal technical, sales and marketing teams;
* Provide customers/partners with sales, marketing and logistic support;
* Participate to the elaboration and updating of the channel sales strategy;
* Supervise territory's distribution partners, supporting them to consistently close business on a forecasted monthly/quarterly basis - in order to meet or exceed the annual sales quota;
* Consult with distribution partners, identify the requirements of their customers, facilitate technical information in easily understood terms of collaboration and develop relationships that meet partner and customer's needs;
* Develop new and existing reselling partners and opportunities in the international antivirus software field and beyond to their maximum potential accountable for maximizing commercial opportunities within the assigned territory.
* The Area Sales Manager will be part of a dynamic team. He will be responsible for Primary sales opportunities in the assigned teritory, will focus on all targeted customer segments (such as ISPs, technology companies, hardware/software distributors and resellers, global web host providers, etc) according to the updated strategies;
