General Manager / Country Manager

This high profile position requires:
• Minimum 10 years of professional business experience, preferentially in garments / textiles or fashionable consumer goods
• Minimum 5 years in a leading position with budget, staff and organization responsibility
• Proven success and achievements in development and implementation of business plans, budget frameworks and set-up of highly cost efficient operations
• Strong willingness for customer orientation and performance
• Willingness of intensive national and international traveling, main office Bucharest or Brasov
• Diploma in Economics and top class working reference
• Excellent command in English and Romanian
