REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Extensive knowledge of management models and business literature
* Concrete management experience in business, voluntary associations or other organizations
* Diploma in business studies, economics or similar
* Impeccable written English and good spoken English. No other languages required.

* You research our library and the Internet to summarize best practice solutions for any given management challenge
* You map out the specific steps our client needs to take to solve his/her problem effectively
* You bring the steps to life by making the theory interactive and based on client input
* You interact with our programmers to ensure that interactive questions are performing in the most simple way for our clients
* You write out the concrete steps in impeccable, simple, internationally understandable English
* You integrate the new content in our database and perform extensive quality control tests

Avalu Ltd (www.avalu.biz) is a Swiss-based international company that is developing an expert platform for junior managers worldwide. Our web-based, in-depth problem-solving tools enable high-potential frontline managers to challenge their thinking, gain a broader perspective and increase the effectiveness of their work.
To produce the content needed, Avalu is looking to expand its team of content writers with high caliber talent from Central and Eastern Europe. We will be recruiting in Iasi on 29, 30 June 1 July 2005. The job will be based in Romania although you should be prepared to travel to Zurich, Switzerland or Novi Sad, Serbia occasionally.
