TECHNICAL TRANSLATIONS PROJECT MANAGER

He/she:
-graduated from a technical university preferably in a foreign language
-has enough knowledge of the translations field
-has a minimum of 3 years work experience
-possesses skills and experience to coordinate a team of translators
-possesses IT&C skills
-has enough knowledge and technical skills to work with CAT Tools, especially TRADOS and text editing software(Adobe, Quark, MsOffice, etc)

He/she will:
-work alongside the translation manager
-coordinate translations, assign them for translation to in-house translators and freelancers
-ensure their delivery of orders according to deadlines,
-monitor translations,
-maintain relationship with clients,
-maintain permanent contact with translators
-update the translators and clients database;
-update and develop the TRADOS database
-ensure the functionality of the TRADOS system
-assist translators with issues related to technical problems and TRADOS memories
-deliver requested reports in due time
-achieve monthly target volume and value of processed orders
-maintain a good work and office environment
-operate office, PC (advanced MS Office, Adobe and editing software skills), telephone and all necessary additional equipment, Internet;
- display decent and pleasant appearance during daily working hours;
- show consideration to clients and employees of other organizations
- maintain at any time the confidentiality of data and information of agreements with clients and processed materials
