| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
PERSONAL TRAITS
Able to “get up to speed” quickly, gain credibility and influence within the AUTOonline network of buyers.
Strong problem solving and organizational skills and will use creativity, intelligence and communication to drive the organizational goals and objectives.
EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS.
Familiarity with the local vehicle repair, dismantler and rebuilder market, buyers and competitors
Superior written and oral communication skills. Strong motivational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Bachelors Degree in Business is not mandatory, but a plus
English fluency is mandatory
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Buyer Network Manager is responsible for locating, signing and supporting our network of qualified buyers.
In addition to your sales and marketing activities, you will work closely with our local and International Customer Service Team to ensure the buyer’s ongoing satisfaction with AUTOonline.
The Buyer Network Manager’s primary responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining a large network of qualified buyers
Locating, qualifying and coordinating the approval of buyers to participate in our network.
Working with management to create pricing strategies that support our growth
Collaborating with our International Office and provide local market perspective on the development and refinement of our applications and services.
Self-starting, effective, and efficient with a minimum of direct supervision.
Travel schedules will dictate operating schedules that are significantly different from normal office hours.
Must be able to travel at least 75%
