 Superior written and oral communication skills. Strong motivational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
 Bachelors Degree in Business is not mandatory, but a plus
 English fluency is mandatory

What you should bring to the job:
Experience in the insurance, salvage, total loss, auto recycling or automobile collision claims industry (s) preferred
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
High communication and interpersonal skills
Able to collaborate with team members located in other countries
In-depth knowledge of all Microsoft Office-applications
Experience in office managing
Fluent in English, German language is a plus
