CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Technical Skills/Experience required:
· University degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
· Knowledge of electrical (CAN) and / or optical (MOST) networks.
· Practical knowledge of advanced measurement systems and / or HIL testing.
· Some experience within automotive industry.
· Experience with CANalyser and / or Optolyzer4MOST tools.
· Some software development skills would be advantageous.

Personal Skills required:
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Capability of managing multiple issues simultaneously.
· Motivation to learn and to face challenges.
· Strong interest in automotive is absolutely essential.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Modern vehicles are equipped with a variety of components assisting and entertaining the driver and passenger(s). Radio, Digital/Satellite receiver, CD/MP3/DVD-player, TV tuner, Navigation module and similar devices communicate with each other and the rest of the vehicle via automotive networks like CAN and MOST. These functional structures combining Information and Entertainment are commonly known as Infotainment Systems.

CAN/MOST Integration Engineer supports every aspect of the system integration including: test planning, design verification methods writing, test platform creation and maintenance. Equipped with Optolyzer for MOST and CANalyser tools, you will be responsible for performing component level tests in electrical laboratories as well as full system tests on test rigs, lab-cars and prototype vehicles. You will also be strongly involved in problem diagnosis, raising issues with the appropriate electrical component engineers or suppliers and driving problems to the resolution.

Working within the Systems Integration Team of Automotest Limited guaranties an every day challenge for dynamic and self driven individuals. Whether trying to reproduce a failure mode in laboratories, analysing complicated network traces or driving around in the latest prototype vehicle, we are not strictly working here, we are having fun.
