Lawyer

• 2-3 years of experience in a legal department of an international commercially oriented company
• Strong English skills – reading/writing of legal documentation.
• Experience in commercial law (establishing of legal entities, contracts), civil law (contracts), labour law, cadastral law and legal issues with regards to properties, constructional law, advertising law, trademarks and copyright, management of proceedings, basic knowledge of tax regulations
• Able to manage tasks from start to completion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to travel.

The role:

• Manage legal agenda
• Manage processes to ensure deadlines and targets are met
• Help the Company expand into other cities around Romania

Up to Euro 1,200 per month
