Candidatul Ideal
Education and Experience:

Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP EWM modules, EDI.

The SAP Consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our SAP systems related ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀to Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This role will be based in our location in Brasov, Romania and will involve providing expert support across these key areas. Additionally, the consultant will serve as a crucial point of contact and change agent during our ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting and Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, design SAP solutions, and recommend best practices in SD, MM, EWM, EDI processes.
- SAP S/4HANA Transformation: Act as a local change agent during the SAP S/4HANA transformation, facilitating communication and change management within our Romanian locations.
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP modules in SD, MM, EWM, EDI, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards.
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize existing business processes in logistics, sales, distribution, materials management.
- EDI Integration: If possible, facilitate the integration of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems with SAP to streamline data exchange between trading partners.
- User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure efficient utilization of SAP functionalities and facilitate the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
- Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems and later SAP S/4HANA, addressing issues and troubleshooting as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of SAP solutions, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs), timelines, and budgets.
Additional Tasks:
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to align SAP solutions with overall business objectives and the SAP S/4HANA transformation strategy.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Adherence to Standards: Comply with internal organizational guidelines, procedures, and policies.
