Production Quality Engineer (AMC - Autonomous Manufacturing Center)

- technical University preffered
- minimum 3 years in a Quality Department in Automotive Industry
- English

- to achieve reject % target levels and implement improvement activities to improve
- to implement problem solving techniques within the production department to drive scrap reduction activities, and resolve other issues
- to liaise with AMG (Autonomous Manufacturing Group) Production Quality Engineer, team leaders and quality technicians / operators on problem resolution
- to manage & ensure operation of SPC within production department, to recognize unstable processes and react accordingly
- to lead the AS067 audits in TRO and to work with the AMG Quality Engineer & AMC / AMG Process Engineer to review and audit processes (AS067, AS403, patrol audits and product audits) to prevent quality concerns and customer claims.
- to work with the AMG Quality Engineer to improve overall team understanding and compliance with Autoliv corporate standards and ISO/TS 16949:2002.
- to participate and manage with the team on FMEA, SOPs & Control Plans, SWI (P2, P2T, P3).
- to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards
- to generate QOS/QCDSM reports as required
- to participate in production department meetings and AMG meetings regularly
- to ensure all data presented in group is consistent, compliant with company standards and accurate
- to organize and regularly review the customer concerns with AMG Production Quality Engineers and to communicate with CQS (Customer Quality Support) regarding 8Ds for the NCMs raised by customers
