Software Verification Line Manager

1. Engineer in electronics/computer science.
2. At least 3 years in high value Electronics Company.
3. A good experience in embedded software verification for automotive is appreciated.
4. Dual competency software and hardware.
5. Good knowledge of testing methods for embedded electronics systems.
6. English mandatory. German, French or Swedish would be an advantage.
7. Skills in relationship and management / leadership required.
8. Management of team (about ~ 20 persons) in an international environment.
9. Ability to mobilize team’s effort on a project.
10. Good skills to manage problems.
11. Autonomous and well-motivated.
12. Efficient for making decisions.

1. Interface with other Autoliv Electronics plants in a supplier / customer relationship.
2. Analyze and approve software specifications.
3. Write software validation test specifications ensuring best coverage of requirements.
4. Write tests procedures (specific test language).
5. Suggest tools to simplify and automate the different phases of validation.
6. Develop tools (software/hardware) to automate test bench equipment in order to run SW Validations.
7. Generate issues reports; validate the corrections and the modifications.
