Production Supervisor

Job requirements:
At least 1-3 years experience in production;
University degree (Mechanical Engineering);
Able to lead a team in order to achieve the objectives;
Knowledge in logistic flows;
Able to motivate people;
Well organized and a sence for details in figures;
Very good English skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for production results according to Autoliv business objectives;
Responsible for company's standards implementation in operations;
Responsible for level of knowledge, performance within the group of lines.

To increase capacity and offset the continued customer pricing pressure, Autoliv – the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems – is building a new plant in Romania. The new division will produce inflators (i.e. gas generators for airbags) and will commence production in mid 2006.
