| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Diploma in Mechanical Technical University.
Minimum 5 years in the Maintenance Department of Automotive Industry.
Experience in transformation process is appreciated.
You will be a dynamic character who can motivate his team whilst making the changes needed to unite the engineering teams. Knowledge from automation side is a plus.
Action oriented person, attention to details, commitment to excelence, communicate effectively, flexibility, innovative, leadership skills, open minded, persuasiveness, problem solving, professional attitude, result oriented, self motivated, strategy and planning, technical orientation.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Pilot actions to improve the availability rate of the equipments and reduce the repairs costs. Deploy Total Productive Maintenance according to the APS standardization. Participate to the launch of new equipments. Manage, coach and develop the maintenance team.
