CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree in Business;
Knowledgeof field-related legislation;
At least 3 years of experiencein the following fields: financial controlling, financial analysis, accounting;
English – advanced level;
Advanced MsOffice skills;
Experience in a multinational company is an advantage;
Very good communication skills;
Determined, strong, perseverant person. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Drawup the financial reports (Profit and loss account, accounting balance sheet) according to the US-GAAP reporting standards and localauthorities;
Present and analyse the reports and follows-up corrective actions focusing on the improvement of financial results;
Support the organization in achieving the objectives of each department taking in to account the business performance criteria;(e.g.:optimizes the logistic flow from the cost point of view);
Provide support in implementing instruments necessary to the management of the organization (e.g.:Implementing of a new ERP);
Provide support for reconfiguration of the internal financial control system. |
