| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person.
3. Consistent experience in a similar position.
4. University Degree.
5. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
6. Fluency in written and spoken English.
7. German / French language would be a plus.
8. Mastery of office computer tools.
9. Driving license.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
1. Provides administrative support and performs different secretarial duties, like archiving, distribution and filling of documents. Provides administrative support for some HR tasks.
2. Manages complex calendar, organizes travel arrangements, appointments and events.
3. Translates and types different internal documents, prepares reports and presentation materials.
4. Integration of new employees (presentation of the site)
5. Is APS responsible (Autoliv Production System)
6. Provides financial reports, verification and follow up of bills, manages cash flow for the site.
7. Is local purchaser for stationary and office furniture.
8. Is responsible for implementation and follow up of ISO14001 certification of the site.
