Audit Manager Banking

- Minimum 7 years total experience gained with a leading audit firm with focus on Financial Services Industry (banking. inssurance or leasing companies)combined with managerial experience within the Internal Audit or Finance functions of an international company (a financial institution is strongly preferred)
- ACCA is a must
- CFA is a plus
- The following attributes are also seen as a 'must have': self-starter; planned and organised; attention to detail; excellent communication skills.

- The Audit Manager is responsible for the delivery of an audit programme to review the companies control environment and assist the Head of Risk in providing business assurance;
- Audit and assistance in the preparation of financial statements (statutory and IFRS) and Group standards;
- To establish all relevant plans and departmental strategies, (Audit Universe, Annual Audit Plan, Staffing Plans, Financial Budgets) consistent with the IA Terms of Reference;
- To effectively recruit, manage, coach and develop the members of IA team;
