RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Take the responsibility for Service department administration and paperwork.
Primary responsibilities:
Work in Scala Service Management Module.
Invoicing of all completed external and internal Service jobs.
To Issue invoices and delivery notes
Opening of Working orders and creating of Delivery notes for Service technicians.
Creating of standard Offers for customers, based on reports made by service technicians or Service manager.
Spare parts ordering for Service department.
Spare parts delivery
Stock keeping
Secondary responsibilities:
Filling of Time sheets for service technicians and filling of Travel plan.
Data input in Service customer’s database.
Performing of secretary jobs for Service department:
Answering phone calls and recording messages for Service manager and technicians
Typing of memos and other paperwork related to Service operations
Organisation of travels for Service stuff.
Office located in Otopeni (transport provided)
