Restaurant Manager

Pleasant, excellent communication skills, pro- active, out – of – the box thinking, open – minded;
Able to initiate and implement changes, people management skills;
Strong Italian test, experience in fine dining, commercial awareness, product development knowledge, strong interest in hotel industry;
Abroad experience is a plus;
Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant / hotel business on supervisor position;
Foreign languages: English – Advanced level.

Taking proper care of guests and always having an overview of the whole restaurant;
Ensuring that the staff undertake active selling / delivering training systematically;
Being responsible for achieving budgeted sales and adhering to payroll costs;
Revising the food and drinks menu together with the Food and Beverage Operations Manager and the Kitchen Chef;
Ordering all the necessary goods and monitoring the stocks;
In charge with maintaining the hygiene standard.
