CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Minimum 1 year experience in reservations field or at least 1 year experience on a supervisory position in front office; The candidates that don't match those requirements will not be contacted;
Very good commercial knowledge, willingness for professional development and target achievement;
Strong planning and organizing skills;
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
People management skills, flexibility;
Proactive, energetic, self – confident, positive thinking;
University degree (Economics field may be an advantage);
Very good English knowledge;
PC knowledge – MS Office applications. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Maximizing room sales and revenue for the hotel;
Maintaining a consistent selling strategy across all systems; supervising the up selling strategy;
Ensuring the maintenance of the established standards in Reservations Department;
Assisting the Yield Manager in completing the month end reports. |
